We’re asking all Summit and Build attendees to stay with our Every Nation group at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® where all meetings, seminars, and children’s ministry will be held. With everything on-site, this hotel is convenient for families, and you’ll avoid rental car fees and daily parking fees.

The additional resort fee (currently $42 per night) has been reduced to $25 per night and is optional. This great rate is also available three days prior and three days after the conference, based on hotel availability. 

 

The reduced resort fee includes these amenities:

    • Daily scheduled shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios
    • Daily enhanced wireless internet in each hotel room
    • Welcome resort beverage (two coupons per room)
    • Daily basic wireless internet in convention and meeting spaces

Travel

Airport

Flight arrangements should be made to Orlando International Airport. The airport code is MCO (McCoy).

 

Shuttle

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® does not offer an airport shuttle. The property is about 13 miles from the airport. You can make airport transportation arrangements with any of your preferred transportation vendors (Uber, Mears, etc.) or refer to the Orlando International Airport Ground Transport page for approximate fares and local transport options.

HOTEL PARKING

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® offers two options if you need to park a vehicle at the hotel:

Self-Parking
Self-parking is $18 (plus tax) per car, per day for hotel guests. For conference attendees staying offsite, the price is $36 each time you leave the parking area.

Valet Parking
Valet parking is $50 (plus tax) per car, per day.

Weather conditions in Central Florida during the month of July are quite warm and humid. The average high temperature is around 88ºF with the evening lows around 71º.
